Overview

As the Vice Chairman of OSKM 2024, oversee and manage the four key divisions—Logistics; Accommodation, Food, and Transportation; Production; and Platform— ensuring seamless execution in alignment with OSKM’s mission to introduce and integrate new ITB students into campus life. This role requires strategic planning, coordination, and leadership to optimize each division’s performance, ensuring that resources, schedules, and workflows are efficiently managed to support the success of OSKM 2024.

Approach

Serve as a mentor and facilitator for division leaders, co-leaders, and staff members by fostering a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where all team members feel empowered and valued. Encourage open communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, ensuring that challenges are addressed proactively while maintaining a strong support system for every division.

Additionally, maintain a proactive leadership approach by conducting regular check-ins, progress evaluations, and troubleshooting sessions to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions. By ensuring a well-structured and efficient operational framework, this role contributes to the smooth execution and impactful delivery of OSKM 2024, making it a meaningful and transformative experience for new ITB students.
