Overview
As the Head of Operations at Mathematical Challenge Festival ITB 2024, I was responsible for managing three key divisions: Equipment, Field and Security, and Website. My role involved ensuring smooth coordination between these teams, optimizing logistics, and maintaining an efficient workflow. I worked closely with division leaders to make sure that all resources were properly allocated and that operations ran seamlessly throughout the event. Handling various aspects of the festival’s execution, I had to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving to keep everything running smoothly.

Beyond logistics, I also focused on creating a safe and supportive environment for both division leaders and staff. I actively led discussions, addressed challenges, and ensured that every team had the guidance they needed to perform at their best. Managing security measures, overseeing equipment logistics, and ensuring the website functioned properly all required quick decision-making, strong communication, and adaptability. Through this experience, I strengthened my leadership, crisis management, and operational coordination skills, making this role a valuable learning experience in event execution and team leadership.
