Overview

Oversee the production and distribution of more than 5,000 books for both online and onsite sales, ensuring efficient management of the entire process from printing to final delivery. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including authors, designers, editors, and logistics teams, to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.

Approach

Actively collaborate with book production vendors, such as printing companies, material suppliers, and binding services, to ensure that each book meets the highest standards of quality. This includes monitoring production timelines, negotiating costs, ensuring compliance with design and content specifications, and conducting quality checks at different stages of the process.

By maintaining a proactive approach in vendor communication and problem-solving, this role ensures that any challenges, such as printing errors, supply chain disruptions, or unexpected delays, are addressed swiftly. The ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality books on schedule while optimizing production efficiency and maintaining cost-effectiveness, thereby supporting the success of both online and onsite sales channels.
