As the Head of Operations for Malaka Project X Kapal Api Goes to Campus ITB, I was responsible for ensuring that all equipment from vendors, Malaka, and Sabuga was properly checked before and after the events. This required thorough inspections, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that all technical and logistical aspects were in place to support a smooth execution. I worked closely with vendors and internal teams to guarantee that everything met the required standards and that no equipment issues disrupted the event flow.
Approach
Beyond equipment management, I also played a crucial role in coordinating event execution. I worked directly with the director and operational staff, making real-time adjustments based on event needs. Whether it was handling last-minute changes, resolving unexpected logistical challenges, or ensuring smooth transitions between event segments, I had to remain adaptable and proactive. This experience strengthened my problem-solving, crisis management, and event coordination skills, allowing me to develop a keen eye for detail and the ability to make quick, strategic decisions under pressure.
